§ 8. Denial of Permit.

The Telecommunications Act of 1996 requires that a denial of a permit be supported by substantial evidence.

The above and foregoing ordinance was introduced at a prior meeting, a public hearing has been held thereon, and upon reading of the title was submitted to an official vote as a whole, the vote thereon was as follows:

Yeas:	Brown, Cobb, Goff, LaFleur and Townsend
Nays	None
Absent	None

 

Whereupon this ordinance was declared adopted this 13th of March, 2000.
