§ 9-15. Notice of discontinuation of sanitation service.

The sanitation service policies adopted by the mayor shall include policies concerning the discontinuation of sanitation service or the discontinuation of all municipal services and shall require that reasonable notice be provided to a customer before service is discontinued. Said policies shall include a description of the means by which such notice shall be given and shall specify the number of days which must elapse between the giving of notice and the discontinuation of service.
