§ 26. [Access gate.]

The proposed gate must be located within a private servitude of access. The access roadway approaches to the gate must have a clear width of twenty-four (24) feet for two-way operation and twenty (20) feet for one-way operation. A clear width of twelve (12) feet must be maintained between any islands to be constructed for the card reader keypad etc.
