§ 27. [Gate control.]
Latest version.
The gated control facility shall be designed and installed to provide access in a timely manner. Depending on the trip generation of the development a minimum of fifty (50) feet of storage length from the card reader, keypad, etc., shall be provided on the private servitude of access and not public right-of-way. A storage length of one hundred (100) feet is recommended. To prevent vehicle queuing onto the intersecting roadway, turn lanes on the adjacent roadway may be required.
