§ 29. [Clearance.]

The proposed gates must open to an unobstructed width of twenty (20) feet. Additionally, any gate or fence must be located within a minimum of two (2) feet of the travel lane or face of curb. An overhead clearance of thirteen feet-six inches (13'6") must be maintained at any structure.
