§ 30. [Gate device.]

Card reader type devices, etc., if employed, shall be of minimum structural design to support the device, and shall not extend beyond the edge of the roadway or the face of the curb. Additionally, the device shall be located such that a driver is not required to exit the vehicle to operate the device.
