§ 31. [Emergency access.]

The gated facility must be equipped with approved fire department release (red with white lettering), mounted on one of the gateposts. When released the gate must remain open until reset. Additionally, gates must release open upon power failure or equipment malfunctions and remain open until the problem is resolved.
