AN ORDINANCE—No. 07-2000-02

AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A FRANCHISE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE TOWN OF WALKER AND COX COMMUNICATIONS CENTRAL I, INC.

BE IT ORDAINED, by the Mayor and Board of Aldermen of the Town of Walker, Louisiana, now acting as the governing authority of said Town, in legal session convened that the Mayor and Town Clerk are hereby authorized to sign any and all documents necessary to carry out the interest and purpose of this ordinance.

All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.

The above and foregoing ordinance was read and submitted to an official vote, the vote was as follows:

The ordinance was thereupon declared adopted this 10th day of July, 2000.
